WHOA: Beyoncé Chopped Off All Her Hair!

The 31-year-old singer showed off her new super short blond haircut on her Instagram on Wednesday night. The dramatic transformation comes just a few days after Bey completed the North American leg of her Mrs. Carter Tour with three sold out shows in Brooklyn. Monday night's star-studded concert was attended by everyone from Tilda Swinton and Gwyneth Paltrow to Rosie O'Donnell  and hubby Jay-Z  (who gave a surprise performance).
